Today is Oakley's birthday, one! How is my little man one!!
Also I swum 2km today, it took me an hour. I use to be able to do 3km in an hour but I'm pretty stoked that I can swim more than 500m still LOL

ReplyDeleteYour day sounds great...food and exercise wise. I had to look up what capsicum is...we call em peppers. So yep, it all looks good. What a great variety and all of your fruits and veggies. I'm kind of liking reading what real people eat to reduce their weight and keep it off.
